How do I choose between Tier 1, 2, and remote enrolment?
Tier 1 is perfect for maintaining operational fitness and if you want the best preparation for running and moving under fatigue plus the work capacity development to handle physically demanding courses, deployments and missions.
Tier 2 is the full package—running, work capacity plus an individualized program to meet your needs.
Remote training is the best option if you aren’t based in Sydney but still want access to a program tailored for your goals and needs.
How does remote training work?
You will get access to physical testing form and instruction in your member portal. One of the coaches will book a time for a call with you after you have you have entered your test results to discuss your program and then you will begin receiving your individual program. This will be a complete daily program. You will also receive a 15-20min phone call at each phase of training to ensure the best programming possible. You will receive links each week to recording of in person sessions (Session schedule is also in your program) so that you can see any specific drills or answers to questions that come up during the in person sessions.
Essentially this will let you leverage many of the benefits of in person sessions even if you can’t attend yourself.
When can I join the program?
The program is designed for rolling enrolments. New candidates are onboarded with a fitness test to establish baselines and screen for injury risk and a tailored program designed from there.
How flexible is the training schedule?
The training schedule is highly flexible depending on the level of support you want
- In person session are at a set time every week but details of each session are available for you to do independently at a time that suits you
- All other sessions in your program can be done whenever suits your personal needs but a recommended timeline will be provided

Can I upgrade or downgrade my enrolment tier mid-program?
Absolutely. Tier transfers are processed at the next billing cycle. You’ll be prorated for the remaining weeks of the month, ensuring you only pay for the level of support you need.
Do you offer one-on-one coaching for technical skills?
Yes. All tiers can add hourly one-on-one sessions for technique correction, tactical movement, or injury management. These sessions are scheduled around your core programming and billed at our standard coaching rate.
What payment options are available?
We accept major credit cards, direct bank transfer, PayPal and AfterPay.
How are entry test and physical performance standards factored into the training
This will be different for every candidate. Fitness testing when commencing the program is important for programming to meet standards in the right timeframe. For most training volume is reduced in the week leading up to any entry test or work fitness testing and intensity will spike to provide a peaking effect to the fitness while reducing the fatigue of longer training sessions.
