
Clancy Roberts
Clancy Roberts is a clinical exercise physiologist, exercise scientist and highly accomplished ex-commando and special forces operator serving 12 years as a sniper, team leader and integrated combat centre instructor. Beyond his military background, Clancy holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and brings 30 years of martial arts practice and competition experience to his training philosophy.
Clancy seamlessly blends elite military expertise with advanced exercise science. As an Army Combatives Master Trainer, he spent a year instructing close quarters combat at the School of Infantry, honing both his instructional skills and his commitment to safety and continual improvement. During the 2024 National Rugby league season he worked with the sports science team at the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs further developing his skill and knowledge coaching athletes
Clancy leverages his unique combination of front-line military experience, elite martial arts mastery, and academic grounding in exercise physiology to design comprehensive, mission-focused training programs. His clients benefit from proven protocols, individualised coaching, and a relentless drive for performance under pressure.

Dominic Cadden
Dom Cadden is a clinical exercise physiologist and exercise scientist who has been an elite athlete at the extremes of strength and endurance. He represented Australia in both powerlifting – where he was a five-time all-ages national champion, Commonwealth champion, and World Masters Champion – and trail ultramarathon running, including events like the gruelling Tor des Géants.
Dom blends research and analysis with lived experience across a wide spectrum of sports. He has written hundreds of articles on training, recovery, gear, and nutrition, consulting with elite athletes, coaches, armed forces PTI, the AIS, researchers, and medical professionals. His work has been featured in major magazines, newspapers, and websites. He was also Australia and North America editor for 2XU’s Athlete 2.0 high performance portal.
As a strength coach, Dom has worked with athletes from disciplines as varied as Strongman, cross-country skiing, sailing, and adventure racing. He’s also helped prepare women for successful entry into demanding roles within the NSW and QLD Fire Services, and the NSW Rescue and Special Operations Paramedic Service.
